Accessibility 2010/2011 (AIA California)

These courses, which include a combination of architectural details and code section reviews, provide a basic understanding of the requirements for compliance with the applicable regulations for the disabled within multifamily dwelling buildings and cover compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the California Building Code (CBC) and other national standards including ICC/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-117.1 and the International Building Code (IBC).

These courses meets the requirements for California license renewal 's licensure for accessibility (SB 1608 and California Business and Professions Code Section 5600.05).

Stepping Through Vertical Heights ($60 AIA members, $95 non-members)
