The final installment in a six-part leadership series, this 60-minute course presents conflict as a normal state inside any complex environment. The impact of personal values and communication practices on problem-solving are examined, while the concept of mental modeling, along with its effects on decision making, is introduced and explored. Conflict management is discussed as an indispensable behavior in the effective leader and methods are revealed for shaping your own development in this area through self-reflection and feedback. This final course also summarizes key points to reflect upon from the entire six-part series.
