Courses About Accessibility Standards and Guidelines
These courses, which include a combination of architectural details and code section reviews, provide a basic understanding of the requirements for compliance with the applicable regulations for the disabled within multifamily dwelling buildings and cover compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA), the California Building Code (CBC) and other national standards including ICC/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-117.1 and the International Building Code (IBC).
Each of these continuing education courses comply with California licensure requirements regarding accessibility (SB 1608 requirement).
