Learn how to transform housing legislation and policies into tangible improvements in affordable housing developments. How will newly adopted policies shape what—and how—we design? This session brings together three housing leaders to translate policy into practice. From city-level land use reform to lessons from other regions, panelists share strategies for building partnerships, advancing equitable development, and housing typologies, and unlock opportunities to move projects from vision to reality.
