Submitting a kTalk
Create a free account with aecKnowledge by registering if you have not done so already.
View Preparing and Delivering an Effective kTalk and read the kTalk Guidelines.
Download and complete Submission Form 1 and submit to kTalks@aecKnowledge.com. This form includes your contact information, kTalk topic and category, the key points your kTalk will cover, and a kTalk Speaker Agreement.
Once your topic is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and Submission Form 2. If your topic requires some revising or has been rejected, you will be notified by e-mail.
Complete and return kTalk Submission Form 2 to kTalks@aecKnowledge.com and upload your graphics, photos or exhibits to our FTP site according to the instructions in the kTalk Guidelines. Your submission must be completed by one week prior to your filming session; otherwise, your kTalk will be cancelled.
